The community lifestyle promise was about discovering Ventura’s true nature. This new and exciting masterplanned neighbourhood draws inspiration from it’s perfect location. Every way you look at it, Ventura offers its residents the best of everyday living. From the beauty of its meadows, forests to the picturesque river, ponds, parks, recreational trails, lakeside parks, walking trails and local wildlife.

Strategic Council: KLBR8 was involved in the development lifestyle driven product design. The result, a unique and innovative collection of floorplans offering dual primary bedrooms for buyers who want to shared mortgages, finished sunshine basements with oversized windows for secondary suites and 3 car recreational garages with 8' garage doors to target the commercial tradesman and outdoor enthusiast who would have recreational vehicles and trailers.

Result: Over 900 homes sold over 5 phases. South Barrie's most successful new home masterplanned community.
